Model 45 Description

Bench top, pneumatically-operated small injection molding machine
Manual or semi-automatic vertical clamping and injection
- Uses self-clamping V-mold technology
Plunger-type plasticizing system available in a variety of plunger diameters
- Plungers can be interchanged in minutes to offer maximum flexibility
Material hopper specifications
- Made of aluminum or optional stainless steel

- Automatically meters material during the machine cycle
- Includes shut off and dump tube

The “C-frame” option gives the machine the ability to accommodate for parts that have attached lengths of cable or tubing in a machine with a 'V' mold clamp design. The clamp design has an open front, which gives the operator easy access for placing and removing long parts into and out of the mold.
