Here is a breakdown of a typical refurbishment process:
- Economical evaluation charge
- MPM engineering tests overall machine operation and checks individual components
- Production supervisor evaluates machine's mechanical integrity
- MPM generates a "Not to Exceed" repair quote
- Customer decides whether or not to move forward with repair
- Based on customer's decision, the machine is either returned or rebuilt
