Seismic Cable Repair Mold

Miniature Plastic Molding now offers a flexible Seismic Cable Repair Mold to go along with our Model 45C and Model 50C injection molding machines. Typical examples of a mold and its cable end inserts are shown. The cable sizes and number of inserts can be specified by the customer. Typically we make the "squeeze" portion of the insert 0.020" smaller than cable diameter in order to prevent the material from flowing out the end.
